Acoustical Ceiling Tile Replacement

In many cases when flooring and wall finishes have been renovated, the old ceiling tile shows its age more dramatically. We are able to replace the old tiles with more modern textured tile and in many cases utilize the existing ceiling grid. Should the existing grid need to be painted or replaced, we can accommodate that need as well.

Building Common Area/ Lobby Renovations and Restroom Renovations

We work with property managers to provide design and installation for common areas and restrooms on a regular basis. We are able to dramatically update the look of the finishes in these areas and stay within budget. We can also create finish boards and artist renderings to be used to demonstrate renovation ideas to building owners, and to display for tenants and potential tenants during the renovation process.

Elevator Cab Renovations

Common area renovations often include the elevator cab interior. We can design, supply, and install a variety of elevator wall panels ranging from wood and laminate to stainless and even stone. We can also supply and install new ceiling systems that include new lighting fixtures. Our installers work with your current vendor service company to ensure that all renovations are performed within the standard regulations for codes and weight compliance for the particular model of cab being renovated.
